If you're struggling with persistent sadness, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, or simply feel stuck, therapy can help. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit — many people use therapy for personal growth and self-understanding.
Your first session is a conversation. Your therapist will ask about what brings you in, your history, and your goals. It's also a chance for you to see if the therapist feels like a good fit. There's no pressure — you go at your own pace.
Yes. Your sessions are confidential under HIPAA and professional ethics. The only exceptions are if there's an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or in cases of suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult — your therapist will explain these limits.
Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for clients located in the states where our therapists are licensed. Many clients find telehealth just as effective as in-person therapy.
It varies. Some people find what they need in a few months; others benefit from longer-term work. Your therapist will regularly check in about your progress and adjust the plan with you. You are always in control of your treatment.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, as this time is reserved specifically for you.
